Suspend two barrel hoops from the ceiling about 6 ft. from the floor.
Have each team around one of the hoops. On signal, have the teams toss a balloon
in the air and try to blow it through their hoop.
If a balloon falls to the floor, it may be picked up and tossed overhead
but otherwise must not be touched. The first team to put its balloon through the hoop
three times wins the game.
